| Irish Ferries - Everything You Go For | |
| With the Eyjafjallajokull volcano causing something of a disruption to air travel, there was never a better time to highlight the comforts of a trip with Irish Ferries. We journeyed to Wales and back for the shoot on the biggest ferry on the Irish Sea; the Ulysses. | |

| AIB - Better Ireland Programme | |
| In the Better Ireland Programme €10,000 is awarded to each of the 182 local AIB branches to be shared among their three shortlisted groups. These are chosen by a public text and online vote. The ad's production called for a roadtrip around Ireland to meet some of the programmes previous recipients. From playgrounds in Dublin to handball alleys in Ballydesmond...sure it was all fun and games. En route the director discovered that Dunmanway was in fact in Cork...not Wales! | |

| Aviva - Corners | |
| Who would have thought that a room full of boys could create such a beautiful tale; from the flutter of young love...to romantic marriage proposals...to the pitter-patter of tiny feet. It turns out the lads in the graphics department are a big bunch of softies after all! | |

| Glenisk - All in the Taste | |
| "It'd be a great little country if you could just roof it"......shooting summer in the depths of the Irish winter may seem like a strange decision but thanks to Hubert and the graphics team we managed to turn Ardmore's C Stage into a teeming green meadow. Even an absconding cow couldn't hold up proceedings! | |

Taking two of the county's greatest landmarks; The Connor Pass and Inch Beach, the team at The POOL created an oversized golf course in Kerry. The production called for an extensive recce of the area, from Peddlars Lake to Foxy John's....we made sure we saw all that the Kingdom had to offer. |

| West Coast Cooler - Birds of Paradise | |
| The POOL recently embarked on our first major collaboration with a production company partner - Egg Films in South Africa, on the latest West Coast Cooler commercial. Director Richard Chaney worked closely with Producer Kirsten Clarence and the Egg Films team on the initial treatment, pre-production and production in Cape Town. The POOL then took charge of all post production and FX in Dublin. From designing lacy stilettos and tattoos, to sweeping chopper shots and wire-rig stunts, Richard got in touch with both his feminine and masculine sides for this one. |

Egg Films was started in 1998, as a small 'two man' operation. Through a philosophy of fresh, innovative work, that was conceptually driven, partners Colin Howard and Kim Geldenhuys built a reputation for producing award winning commercials for both the South African and international market.
Within ten years, Egg Films had established itself as an industry leader, picking up a slew of local and international accolades along the way - including 6 Grand Prix's, and 29 Gold Loeries since 2000, and most recently a Gold Lion - making it a regular inclusion in the Gunn Report's "Most Awarded Production Companies of the World" feature.
With the roster growing over the years, Egg expanded even further, opening offices in Johannesburg in 2007. Egg also began expanding beyond advertising, exploring documentaries and music videos, as well as developing feature films. www.eggfilms.tv
